Job Details:

•  Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests.
•  Upsell/mention promotions and other products on phone calls.
•  Focusing on Nil Defects (100% adherence to product & process).
•  Capabilities to multi task with different products.
•  Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email and chat.
•  Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Problem-solving skills and problem analysis.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
