Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
  •  Represent company at recruiting events and professional conferences.
  •  Establish and lead the Recruitment policy and practices necessary to recruit & retain talent.
  •  Ensure timely recruitment and to implement the Recruitment policy, processes and monitor its   adherence.
  •  Facilitate preparation of Job Descriptions for all positions across Corporate Functions.
  •  Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updating.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
