Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Conducts effective, thorough investigations, including gathering, documenting, preserving and analyzing all available    information and evidence, and making recommendations regarding disciplinary actions.
• Manages production employee appraisal process and coordinates timely completion of appraisals and compensation    changes.
• Reviews proposed salary recommendations to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies and ensures    appropriate approvals are made.
• Coordinates HR and safety-related training for Clemmons employees. Maintains records that comply with OSHA safety    training regulations.
• Plans all special events for employees, including but not limited to summer events, cookouts, benefit fairs, parties,     retirement events, etc. 

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
