Asst. Project Manager (commercial Projects)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Liaise and collaborate with multiple parties - govt authorities, consultants, contractors etc.
• Coordinate and align internal department interests - Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Corporate communication etc.
• Manage large scale development projects, including feasibility study, design & planning, construction supervision and handover to operation
• Requirements:
• BA Degree (minimum) in Architecture or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management role within developers / architectural practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills
