Legal Counsel

Job Description :

Duties:

• Analyze, draft, prepare letters of intent, purchase, sales and lease agreements and a variety of commercial contracts in relations to aircraft.
• Drafting, analysing and negotiation of a wide range of transnational agreements in relation to aircraft and business operations
• Management and coordination of the work of outside counsel in diverse foreign jurisdictions;
• Requirements:
• Degree holder (minimum)
• PRC legal qualified;
• Min 3 years work experience in aircraft leasing/ asset management or for a major law firm specializing in aircraft leasing & financing.
• Skills in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WordProcessing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, especially Mandarin
