Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Provide post- occupancy advice, facilities management services and life cycle costing advice.
• Assist clients in locating and accessing additional and alternative sources of funding.
• Value completed work and arranged payments.
• Enable clients to initiate construction projects.
• Advise on the maintenance costs of specific highways/ roads.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Ten years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
