A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Kochi,Kerala.
Job Details:
- Recruitment and onboarding support and administration.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of training requirements.
- Completing amendments to staff terms and conditions.
- Maintain and update accurate employee details.
- Provide advice to managers and employees regarding HR Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor the exit interview process for employees.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Only Male can apply.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
