Sales Manager - German Mnc Forwarder

Job Description :

Duties:

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience in freight forwarders preferably focus in air 
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin  
• Excellent sales, management skills needed.
• Be a smart and presentable person
• Good communication skills needed.
•
