Job Details:

  •  Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Following call center "scripts" when handling   different topics
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and upselling.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
