Looking for an experienced Store Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members.
•  Assess customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business.
•  Ensuring highest possible level of customer service.
•  Advising management on out of stock and slow selling items.
•  Recommending areas of staff training need and requirements, whilst develop store sales staff   capabilities.
•  Identifying individuals with potential within the store and allocating additional responsibilities to   further their development.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong organisational and time management skills.
•  Excellent communication skills.
