Job Description :
Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Coordinate organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Diploma (Minimum)
- 3-8 years of coordinator experience in Trading or factory in Watch/Toys/ Jewelry /Packaging/Kitchenware
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent sales, coordination skills.
