Duties:
- Analyze the current company operation and structure, ensure the company is running as efficient and competitive as it’s competitors.
- Provide insights during the process of HKGov land sales or private sector acquisitions.
- Lead a solid team of sales and marketing professionals to oversee the project positioning, pricing and sales activities for upcoming projects.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of work experience in the HK Developer sector.
- Must have solid experience in sales and marketing as well as project acquisition in the Hong Kong market.
- Fluency in native cantonese and professional English.
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
- Be a highly motivated person.
