Job Description :
Duties:
- Driving the sales revenue of the company in the SEA region with clients in the insurance and banking sector.
- Leading salespersons across the region.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Minimal 10 years of experience in selling IT solutions.
- Experience with the insurance and banking sector.
- Be a smart and presentable always.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Good communication skills.
