Job Description :

Looking for a Secretary in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Responsible for filing and organizing all vendor account folders for open and closed transactions.
  •  Provide general support to visitors.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • Bahrain Driving license required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  •  2 years of experience is required.
  •  Fluent in written and oral English.
