Real Estate Investment Analyst

Job Description :

Duties:

• Update the investment model, on historic and future cash flows to track forecast investment performance
• Prepare coherent and accurate hold/sell analysis providing reliable accurate forecast investment returns on which key decisions can be made
• Prepare materials for quarterly web casts, Investor Advisory Committee papers and presentations
• Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate/Business or Finance related discipline
• English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin (written and spoken )
• 3+ years’ experience in financial modelling (within the real estate space is preferred)
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
