Duties:
- Formulate sales & marketing strategies and execute the sales plan
- Conduct relevant market research and prepare analysis
- Well execute overseas residential property sales
- Enhance and maintain close relationships with clients
- Requirements:
- Degree (min) in Real Estate, Marketing or property related disciplines
- Min 2 years working experience within residential sales covering (UK market).
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Be a smart and presentable person.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
