Job Description :

Duties:

• Set up rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals.
• Keep up property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5- 8 years of experience with a reputed Real Estate/ Property Management Company based in Oman.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and management skills.
• Omani nationality.
