Looking For Electrical Supervisor

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Evaluates training needs for assigned resources and coordinates and/or trains assigned resources as required.
• Complete periodic, probationary, performance, and disciplinary reviews for supervised employees.
• Assist Production Control with the creation and update of monthly shipment plans.
• Assign duties via schedules to department personnel to assemble and test products in daily production.
• Work with engineering and sales on the production of future prototypes and new products entered into assembly.
• Communicate with inspection, production control, engineering, and source inspection to keep products moving out of    production and into inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
