Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintain cleanliness of all BOH areas and equipment.
•  Ensures all food is prepared to the specification and satisfaction of the membership.
•  Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
•  Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation   procedures.
•  Direct and develop skills of the team to the achievement of department and area goals.
•  Maintain an open door policy and address all team member issues and/or concerns in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong customer service skills.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
