A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Support in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Handling enquiries about the full product range and offer advice on suitable products.
  • Provide sales support to the Sales team and process orders.
  • Pricing and product registration.
  • Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and issues related to it.
  • Finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs.
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
