Job Details:

  •  Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Answering questions about the product or service.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with customer feedback and concerns.
  • Support inventory control process including updating equipment asset transactions.
  • Assist CSAs in resolution of warranty/SD warranty issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
