Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

Producing monthly valuation for interim certificates.
Advising on legal issues and representing clients in disputes.
Drawing up contracts with vendors.
Run cost analyses of the various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
Factor in the implications of health and safety regulations.
Identify commercial risks and help develop suitable responses.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree.
Two years experience in same field.
Creative approaches to problem solving.
Strong numerical and financial management skills.
