Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Performs work of every trade needed and direct by Company.
•  Establish performance goals and instruct subordinate upholding and craft personnel.
•  Ensure work is attained in responsive way complying to set quality safety guidelines and standards.
•  Propose requisition and maintain equipment and supplier.
•  Inspect completed work for compliance with standards.
•  Train and update programs for staff under their supervision.

Job Requirements:

•  Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment, including rentals.
•  Review job costs such as labor, expense and materials/rental equipment.
•  Participate in the agreement base renewal procedure.
•  Digitally maintain records and data regarding inspections & preventative maintenance services.
•  Follow and assist in the enforcement of all safety rules and procedures including those established by   the customer.
•  Review new agreements. Verify customer assets, associated service products and labor requirements to   be delivered for each agreement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
