Looking For Hvac Qc Inspector

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced HVAC QC Inspector in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Check compliance with health and safety requirements. Attend contractors safety meetings. Participate in review of    phase hazard analyses. Report violations.
• Review contractors progress payment requests and compare to project progress schedule and submit recommendations.    Identify any factors delaying progress and comment on responsibility.
• Prepare Requests for Change Proposals (Scope of Work). Develop scope of work for changes, including sketches and     specifications. Review contract requirements to ensure change is not included in contract.
• Provide technical, cost, and time analysis of each contractors proposal.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Technical skills.
