Job Description :

Duties:

  • Formulate CRM strategy and develop customer acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns.
  • Develop appropriate communications to targeted segments.
  • Enhance strategic partnership with tenants or external partners and come up with attractive promotion offers and rewards to drive business.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing and CRM experience in Shopping Mall or Luxury Retail
  • Good experience in developing segmentation strategy
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
