Job Description :

Duties:

  • Assist in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrades and maintenance 
  • Perform routine system checks on servers, networks, firewalls and backups
  • Perform with suppliers and support teams to resolve system and network issue
  • Requirements:
  • Preferred MCSE holders, CCNA is desirable
  • Min 2 years of experience with Windows Server Management Support and End User Support
  • Knowledge of VM environment and SQL Server is a plus
  • Skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
