Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide analysis support in procurement and inventory management   planning activities
  • Liaise with frontline restaurant on stock ordering & maintain the purchasing database and records
  • Work closely with key internal users & liaise with factories for production schedule & quality checking
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry
  • Knowledge on inventory system, ERP or equivalent
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency of MS Office
