Looking for a Sales Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  {{ESTRONG}}Identify key wins and develop opportunity-specific strategies to win.
• Develop and implement commercial and organizational initiatives to manage the territory effectively.
• Support individual sales opportunities as needed, traveling with sales reps to make presentations to customers, consultants, and industry groups to   promote the Evoqua brand and provide direct/immediate feedback to a salesperson.
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
• Develop and execute a development plan for each sales team member; motivate team members to meet and exceed their goals.
• Conducting one on ones and performance reviews in a routine and timely manner.
