Group Finance Controller

Job Description :

Duties:

• Maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requisites
• Well manage the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security and parking of each site
• Managing the office systems, IT & office equipments
• Managing budgets and keeping records of all payments.
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in Accounting or related subject
• Min 20 years progessive track record of success and acquired at least 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in real estate
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is must.
• Excellent analytical and presentable skills.
