Duties:

  • Act as a key contributor in shaping and delivering the Group's talent planning roadmap
  • Design effective and innovative programs for current employees.
  • Involve in developing and adopting relevant assessment tools during the recruitment process.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in HR Management/Organisation Development or Psychology
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Min .15 years of related work experience
  • Min. 8 years of Management experience
  • Good track record of designing and driving talent programs.
