  • Handle telephone calls and giving appointments.
  • Manage travel & hotel bookings.
  • Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails.
  • Organize & Maintain personal/ official files & folders systematically.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Five years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
