• Represent your group as an engineering leader when collaborating with other teams within the wider Pollen organisation.
• Cost effective design solutions aligned with sales order requirements.
• Training and development of engineering personnel.
• Timely completion of Bills of Materials, machining drawings and costings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
