Director - Legal Counsel

Job Description :

Duties:

• Advise on complex agreement structures, approval processes and company policies & procedures etc. 
• Provide legal advice and support in relation to the structuring, due diligent and execution of different investment transactions particularly with respect to private equity. 
• Requirements:
• Must be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer
• Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Min 6 years post qualification experience gained in the private equity/capital markets team of an international law firm or a well-known financial services company.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
