Vice Prez- Asset Management Compliance (banking)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Analyze investment team (PE & Asset Management) in maintaining an effective compliance and control system;
• Provide compliance advice and support to the other Asset Management businesses
• Liaise with other compliance teams on other investment management businesses;
• Ensure the Asset Management business operates in compliant within Fund Manager Code of Conduct and SFO
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
• Min. 6 years relevant experience in financial institutions;
• Knowledge of the financial markets and investment products;
• Good knowledge of SFC rules
• Spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
