Product Officer - Education Products

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare product documentation such as checklist, UAT document etc.
• Review current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
• Work with vendor, content partner, internal technical parties and major stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within the designated time frame
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
• MS Excel and Power point skills
• Good command over spoken and written English and Chinese
• 1 year work experience of product in education related sector
• Proven track record of product development and partnership management preferably in K12 education and related sector
