Duties:

  • Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
  • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Keep up good awareness of store items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Transferable residency
  • Must be a customer service minded.
