Sales & Marketing Director

Job Description :

Duties:

• Exploring and developing sales channels for the properties through marketing research and intelligence
• Marketing and promotion, collaboration with third parties, in order to achieve a reasonable sales target. 
• Developing business plans and implementing marketing initiatives
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree holder
• 3+ years of  real estate and/or sales experience, preferably in the HK & China market
• Overseas experience in Canada, US or UK is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Awareness of marketing and event management
• Knowledge of Canadian, US or UK real estate market is preferred.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
