Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports filing.
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Managing databases, prioritising workloads.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Good knowledge in PowerPoint and excel.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
