Looking for an experienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports filing.
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  •  Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  •  Managing databases, prioritising workloads.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Good knowledge in PowerPoint and excel.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
