Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide professional HR advice and service to line manager
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
  • Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management analysis
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably from Telecom / CS industry
  • Proficiency in MS application, knowledge in using Taleo & IPL is a plus.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
