Job Description :

Duties:

• Handling new wet market, reception and shopping mall management
• Handling member points and gift redemption, assisting in the organization of on-site event planning and festival arrangements
• Provide customer service and handling paperwork.
• Requirements:
• Min 1 year or more customer service experience is preferred
• Skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Chinese typing
• Good Command in English, Mandarin , Cantonese
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
