  • Respond to and resolve cases raised by the Collections and Sales Team.
  • Timely management of cases.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered.
  •  Provides excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with the team in resolving invoice disputes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
