A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Manage daily ticketing queues.
- Respond to and resolve cases raised by the Collections and Sales Team.
- Timely management of cases.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered.
- Provides excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Communicate with the team in resolving invoice disputes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
