Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager (e&m)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Responsible for project management of Hong Kong property development projects inclusive redevelopment works, renovation works,fitting-out and statutory orders etc.
• Support project planning, feasibility study for construction and related projects
• Manage and coordinate project schedule & implementation to ensure the project to be completed on time
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engg/Electrical Engg/Mechanical Engg or related disciplines.
• HKIE / CIBSE / IET / IMechE membership needed
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably obtained from property developers or consultant firms
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Projects etc.
