Building Services Inspector

Job Description :

Duties:

• Construction site inspection inclusive inspect concealed conduit work, check building work instruction, material delivered, workmanship
• Prepare defect list with excellence and compile various site records
• Liaise and coordinate with utilities and contractors
• Supervise contractor's submission and progress of BS installation works
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma (minimum) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in handling onsite building services, mechanical & electrical installation works, testing and commissioning
• Be a smart and presentable person.
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical skills needed.
