Financial Manager - Trading

Job Description :

Duties:

• Assist in corporate finance, M&A activities including preparation of financial model, liaison with bankers and professional parties
• Work closely with internal parties to review consolidated management reports and analysis
• Oversee and conduct financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management for company’s subsidiaries
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in Finance/Accounting field
• Experience in tax management is highly preferable.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese skillshighly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
