Job Description :

Duties:

• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
• Sourcing CV’s through different Jobs portal (Naukri, Oilandgasjobsearch etc.)
• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Updating and maintaining internal database.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Aat least 5 years of work experience as a recruiter in recruitment industry.
• Experience in working for oil & gas and power sector clients.
• Must be well versed in Microsoft MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
