Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Delivery Analyst in Canada.

Job Details:

  •  Participate in pre-sales support activities such as scoping proposed solutions, resources and risk analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of the project lifecycle (whether it be software development, content, release management, etc.).
  • Expert in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  •  Learn proprietary call routing systems.
  • Participate in daily stand up meetings.
  • Perform QA on others work orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
