Urgently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in UAE.
Job Details:
Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database.
Review daily reports with the Customer Service Manager/Office Manager.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Provide information about the products and services.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Job Requirements:
Associated Degree.
Two years experience in same field.
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Must have good organizational & multitasking skills.
