Looking for a Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Negotiates with vendors.
• Keeps management informed of potential problem areas.
• Regular and frequent contacts (telephone, written and in-person) with all levels of the organization to gather information and/or respond to concerns.
•  Capable of making effective decisions to resolve complicated issues.
•  Functions independently, receiving only general supervision from Procurement Manager and Director of Purchasing.
• Evaluates procurement needs of departments, determines the appropriate procurement method, identifies problems and takes responsibility for corrective action.
