Job Description :

Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma level in business or above is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years shipping experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
