Job Description :

Duties:

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Requirements:
• Diploma (minimum)
• 8 years relevant working experience in electronic field
• Computer skills in word, excel & e-mail
• Good communications skills in Mandarin,Cantonese,English,Japanese (JLPT N2 holder is a must).
• EXcellent sales management skills.
